How We Protect Your Financial Data: Our Privacy Commitment

When you upload a bank statement, you're trusting us with sensitive financial information. We take that responsibility seriously. Here's a detailed look at how we protect your data.

Zero-Storage Policy

The most important thing to know: we never store your files. When you upload a PDF:

  1. It's processed in an isolated, encrypted environment
  2. The conversion happens in real-time
  3. Your PDF is permanently deleted immediately after processing
  4. Only the CSV output is temporarily available for download

We don't keep copies, backups, or caches of your bank statements. Period.

Encryption Standards

All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption — the same standard used by banks themselves. Your file upload and CSV download are both fully encrypted end-to-end.

Infrastructure Security

Our servers are hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with:

  • SOC 2 Type II certified data centers
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • DDoS protection and rate limiting
  • Isolated processing environments for each conversion

What We Don't Do

To be completely transparent, here's what we explicitly don't do:

  • We don't read or analyze your transaction data
  • We don't share any data with third parties
  • We don't use your data for advertising or profiling
  • We don't store any personal financial information
  • We don't require your bank login credentials

Your Rights

You have the right to request a complete deletion of any account data at any time. Contact our support team and we'll process your request within 24 hours.

Questions?

If you have any questions about our privacy practices, please don't hesitate to reach out. We believe in complete transparency when it comes to handling your financial data.
