Statement PDF Converter is a web-based service that converts bank statement PDF files into CSV format using AI technology. The Service includes:

PDF to CSV conversion of bank statements
Transaction extraction and categorization
Conversion history tracking (for registered users)
Download of converted CSV files

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may use the Service anonymously with limited features, or create an account for additional benefits. When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information as needed
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Usage Limits

Anonymous users: 3 conversions per month, maximum 3 pages per PDF
Registered users (Free): 5 conversions per day AND 10 pages total per day

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Upload files containing viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Use the Service for illegal purposes or to process stolen documents
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload files that violate third-party rights or privacy

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Statement PDF Converter and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service. This license terminates when your file is deleted from our systems (immediately after conversion).

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

Your PDF files are never stored on our servers
Files are processed in memory and immediately deleted
Temporary processing occurs on Google's secure servers (Gemini AI)
Conversion history is saved only for registered users
IP addresses are collected for anonymous users only (30-day retention)

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
100% accuracy of conversions (AI-based processing may have limitations)
Availability at all times (maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occur)
Compatibility with all PDF formats or banks

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement of third-party rights
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of conversions
Security of data transmission over the internet

IMPORTANT: Always verify converted data for accuracy. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on converted data.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATEMENT PDF CONVERTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes but is not limited to:
